- 6 eggs
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 can condensed sweet milk
- 2 c. heavy cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese
Directions

1Boil sweetened condensed milk for 1 1/2 hours in an unopened can.

2Cook sugar and water over high heat until light brown.

3Pour into a straight sided dish and coat bottom and sides.

4Beat cream cheese until fluffy.

5Add powdered sugar.

6Blend.

7Add eggs one at a time and beat.

8Add cream and sweetened condensed milk.

9Place dish in 1-inch of water.
-
10Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

11Let set awhile and invert on plate, draining liquid.

12Refrigerate.
