  • 3/4 c. oleo
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1 Tbsp. light Karo syrup
  • 12 marshmallows (1 c. small)

    Mix all ingredients together and cook to firm ball stage. Beat well and pour on cake.

    This is a simple, easy caramel icing. No more burnt sugar to make caramel.
