- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. confectioners sugar
Directions

1Melt butter or margarine, add brown sugar and cook over low heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

2Add milk, continue to cook and stir until mixture boils.

3Remove from heat; cool.

4Add confectioners sugar until of right consistency to spread.
