- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 4 1/4 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 egg beaten
- 3/4 cup milk
- 5/8 cup dulce de leche you can substitute caramel ice cream topping
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

2Sift together the flour, sugar, and baking powder.

3In another bowl, mix together the butter, beaten egg, milk, and dulce de leche.

4Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

5Fill muffin tins 3/4 of the way full and bake for 20-22 minutes.
