- 3 qt. popped corn
- 3 c. unsalted, mixed nuts
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Karo light or dark corn syrup
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 250°.

2In large roasting pan, combine popped corn and nuts.

3Place in oven while preparing glaze.

4In medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, margarine and salt. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat.

5Without stirring, boil 4 minutes.

6Remove from heat; stir in baking soda and vanilla.

7Pour over warm popcorn and nuts.

8Toss to coat well. Bake 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

9Cool; break apart. Store in tightly covered container.
