    When cooled, peel and cut into 1-1.5 cm cubes.

    In a frying pan, heat butter, sugar, and a teaspoon of water (not listed) over medium heat.

    Let dissolve without stirring.

    When the edges start to brown, shake the pan until you get a uniform color.
