- 2 sticks margarine, softened
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1 box dark brown sugar or 2 c.
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. butter flavoring
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Cream sugar, margarine and Crisco.

2Add sugar and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

3Sift together flour and baking powder.

4Add gradually to sugar mixture.

5Add milk and flavoring; beat well.

6Pour into large greased and floured tube pan.

7Bake in 350° preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
