  • 1/2 c. whipping cream
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • double crust for 9-inch pie pan

Directions

    Line pan with uncooked crust.

    Sprinkle raisins in crust.

    Mix sugar, flour and whipping cream.

    Pour over raisins and cover with top crust.

    Cook at 350° for 1 hour or until golden brown.

    If edges brown too fast, cover with foil and continue cooking.
