  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 t. lemon juice
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2 T. butter, unsalted and at room temp

Remove from heat and add cream (it will boil vigorously).","4":"Return to low heat and stir until all dissolves into a creamy texture. Add butter and whisk until smooth and blended.
