- 1 1/2 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. melted butter
- 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
Directions

1Mix first 6 ingredients until crumbly.

2Press 2/3 of this into 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Bake 8 minutes or so or until light golden brown.

4Spread Eagle Brand on top and chocolate chips if you wish. Put remaining crumbs on top.

5Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350° or until done.
