- 2 cup Baby carrots
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
Directions

1In a medium pot, gently boil carrots on medium heat for 40 minutes.

2Once tender, yet firm, drain the water from the pot.

3In a frying pan melt butter and add carrots on medium heat.

4Gently stir carrots until they are all shiny from the butter.

5Sprinkle the brown sugar and salt over the carrots and stir till well coated and the sauce is bubbly.

6Serve hot and enjoy.
