  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white dry wine I use no salt
  • 1 cup beef broth

    Cook onion until brown

    Add sugar.

    Cook until caramelized.

    Add white wine, turn heat on medium high.

    Until 1/4 of liquid is left.

    Add broth and boil for like 5-6 mins.

    Let it simmer and pour over pork chops, or anything you like after cooked.
