- 1/2 cup white dry wine I use no salt
- 1 cup beef broth
Directions

1Cook onion until brown

2Add sugar.

3Cook until caramelized.

4Add white wine, turn heat on medium high.

5Until 1/4 of liquid is left.

6Add broth and boil for like 5-6 mins.

7Let it simmer and pour over pork chops, or anything you like after cooked.
