- 20 g butter
- 1/2 ripe pineapple, peeled, cut into 2 cm pieces
- 1 mango, peeled, cut into 2 cm pieces
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon dark rum
Directions

1Melt butter in frypan over moderately high heat.

2Add fruit and cook and stir for 3 or 4 minutes till browned.

3Add sugar and rum.

4Cook and stir further 3 or 4 minutes till mixture thickens and caramelizes.

5Cool for 30 minutes.
