- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. sugar, packed
- 1 tbsp. orange juice
- 1 tbsp. molasses
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Pepper, to taste
Directions

1Trim fat from pork and cut pork into 1/2-inch slices.

2Spray 10-inch non-stick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat.

3Cook pork and garlic in skillet 6 to 8 minutes, turning until pork is light brown and no longer pink in center.
