- 1 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
- 1 pt. half and half
- 1 c. butter
Directions

1Cook sugar and syrup to 245°, then start adding cream and butter slowly.

2Cook on high.

3Do not lose boil.

4Turn heat to medium and cook to 242° or 243° (soft ball but firm).

5Pour into large buttered cooking sheet.

6Cool, cut and wrap.
