- 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. Karo light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 2 c. whipping cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Bring to a boil.

2Gradually add 2 cups whipping cream.

3Keep mixture boiling over low heat.

4Cook until medium firm ball forms when tested in cold water.

5Add vanilla.

6Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.

7When cool and firm, cut in small pieces and wrap in waxed paper.
