- 2/3 c. milk or whipping cream
- 1/2 c. butter
Directions

1Cream sugar and butter well.

2Add syrup and milk, stir constantly until it boils and stir occasionally.

3Cook until it forms a firm ball in cold water (247° to 250° or firm ball stage). Add nuts and pour into buttered pan.
