  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. white syrup
  • 1 1/2 c. condensed milk
  • 2/3 c. milk or whipping cream
  • 1/2 c. butter

Directions

    Cream sugar and butter well.

    Add syrup and milk, stir constantly until it boils and stir occasionally.

    Cook until it forms a firm ball in cold water (247° to 250° or firm ball stage). Add nuts and pour into buttered pan.
