Ingredients
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 4 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 c. cream-style cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 tsp. caraway seed
- 4 tsp. grated onion
Directions

1In bowl, combine yeast, 2 2/3 cups flour and baking soda. Heat together cottage cheese, water, sugar, butter and salt until butter melts.

2Add to dry ingredients.

3Add eggs, caraway seeds and onion.

4Beat on low speed 1/2 minute.

5Beat on high speed for 3 minutes.

6By hand, stir in remaining 2 cups flour.

7Place in greased bowl (turning once) to rise.

8Let rise, covered, until doubled (approximately 1 1/2 hours).

9Divide into 24 pieces and place in well-greased muffin pans.

10Cover.

11Let rise until double, about 40 minutes.

12Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes.
