  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 to 2 c. Jarlsberg cheese
  • crumbled bacon to taste
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lb. spaghetti
  • 1/2 c. white wine

Directions

    Cook pasta.

    Melt butter.

    Whisk eggs, add cheese, wine, garlic, bacon and butter (melted).

    Mix with hot pasta (which cooks eggs).
