  • 400 g yogurt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5 cardamoms
  • 50 g almonds, chopped and skinned
  • 2 lemons
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

    In a blender bowl, put half cup of water, yogurt, sugar, cardamom, almonds and salt.

    Blend thoroughly.

    Add the remaining water and lemon juice.

    Blend again.

    Serve chilled.
