Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 2 1/2 cups chips semi sweet choc
  • 50 caramels soft, unwrapped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

    Preheat the oven to 350F/175C

    In a large bowl, combine the oats, flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and butter. Mix until a crumbly consistency

    Line a 9x13 bakin pan with parchment paper + lightly coat with a nonstick spray

    Pour 1./2 of the mixture onto the pan and save the other half
  5. 5
    Pour 2 cups of choc chips over the misture
  6. 6
    In a saucepan melt the caramels and add the heavy cream until its smooth
  7. 7
    Pour it over the mixture until the choc chips are covered

    Pour the rest of the oat mixture then the rest of the choc chips

    Bake for 20-25 mins or until crust has turned golden brown

    Cool down and cut into bars
