- 2 cups oats
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup melted butter
- 2 1/2 cups chips semi sweet choc
- 50 caramels soft, unwrapped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350F/175C

2In a large bowl, combine the oats, flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and butter. Mix until a crumbly consistency

3Line a 9x13 bakin pan with parchment paper + lightly coat with a nonstick spray

4Pour 1./2 of the mixture onto the pan and save the other half

5Pour 2 cups of choc chips over the misture

6In a saucepan melt the caramels and add the heavy cream until its smooth

7Pour it over the mixture until the choc chips are covered

8Pour the rest of the oat mixture then the rest of the choc chips
-
9Bake for 20-25 mins or until crust has turned golden brown

10Cool down and cut into bars
