  • 20 grams green bellpepper (capsicum)
  • 20 grams onion, chopped
  • 50 grams raspberry
  • 50 grams black berry
  • 50 grams half cut grapes green,black anyone
  • 50 grams strawberry (sliced)
  • 1 strawberry (for garnish)

    Boli the soaked whole wheat and strain

    Take a clean bowl add into wheat and all ingredeints leave strawberries and mix well
