- 2 lbs flank steaks or 2 lbs skirt steaks
- 12 cup olive oil
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 limes, juice of
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 12 teaspoon sugar
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Lay the flank steak in a large non reflective bowl.Combine ingredients to form marinade

2Then pour marinade over steak.

3Cover for 1-4 hours, and refrigerate.

4Preheat grill pan on medium high flame.

5Brush the grates with some olive oil toi prevent the meat from sticking.

6Season the steak with the salt and pepper.

7Grill the pieces for a few minutes until they are medium rare.
