- 5 lb Pork Shoulder
- 4 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Orange Juice
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 White Onion
- 8 Garlic Cloves
- 3 Bay Leaves
- 2 tbsp Oregano
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp salt
Directions

1Cut the pork shoulder into 1-2 inch cubes.

2Thinly slice the onion.

3All all ingredients to a large pot.

4Cover.

5Bring to a boil.

6When it boils, uncover and set to low heat, stirring occasionally.

7Remove bay leaves after an hour.

8After 2 hours water should be evaporated.

9Turn heat to medium, the remaining oil should fry the pork.

10Make sure to stir frequently to break up pork.

11Cook for another 15-20 mins.

12Serve with rice or in tacos.

13I like to add hot sauce for some kick.
