Ingredients
- 3 pounds Pork Shoulder, Cut Into Cubes
- 2 cups Beef Stock
- 2 cups Orange Juice
- 14 ounces, weight Salsa
Directions

1Preheat oven for 450 degrees.

2In a large oven proof saucepan combine the cubed pork, stock, orange juice and salsa.

3This mixture should totally cover the pork; if not, add a little water until the pork is submerged.

4Bring to a boil.

5Once boiling, reduce heat to medium low and simmer with the lid on for 3.5 hours, at which point the pork should be falling apart to the touch.

6Drain the liquid from the pork.

7Using a fork, gently pull apart the meat in the bottom of the oven proof saucepan.

8Place the pan into the oven for 20 minutes for the pork to caramelize.

9Carefully remove the pan from the oven.

10Sprinkle with a pinch of kosher salt.

11Serve the carnitas with corn or flour tortillas, any kind of salsa and of course guacamole!
