- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. carob
- pinch of sea salt
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix everything into a saucepan or double boiler except the vanilla.

2Stir over medium heat until the pudding begins to bubble (about 15 minutes).

3Stir constantly to prevent lumps.

4Remove from heat; add vanilla.

5Pour into individual dishes to cool. Serve plain or with milk or whipped cream.
