  • 1 (17 oz.) can whole corn, drained or 1 (16 1/2 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1/2 stick butter, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/8 tsp. salt or less
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Grease bottom and sides of a 2 1/2-quart baking dish with a portion of the butter.

    Mix in blender on high speed all ingredients if using whole corn.

    Pour into baking dish.
