  • 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. onion salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper
  • hard rolls or sandwich buns

    Place beef, water, liquid smoke, 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt and pepper in a Dutch oven.
