- 1 lb. carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 (12 oz.) can pie apples
- 1/2 c. white or brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Peel and cook carrots until tender.

2Spread carrots and apples in flat casserole dish.

3Sprinkle sugar and spices on top.

4Dot with butter.

5Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
