  • 3/4 ounce freshly squeeze pomelo juice
  • 1/4 ounce freshly squeezed meyer lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 ounces dry sparkling wine

Directions

    Pour tequila, French liqueur, freshly squeezed pummelo juice, and freshly squeezed lemon juice, simple syrup and pinch of salt into shaker and shake with ice.
