   You will need:

   Wash the carrots and apple's

   Cut the ends off the carrots

   Core the apple and cut in half

   First, run the carrots through the juicer

   Once all juiced, run the apple's through

   Take the pulp and pack it in the feeder and juice that

   Stir well.

   Chill in the fridge or drink immediately.
