- 34 cup butter, cold, cut in small pieces (1 1/2 sticks)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 pint fresh raspberry
- 12 cup low-sugar raspberry jam
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375F Spray an 8-inch square pan with nonstick spray.

2In a food processor, combine flour, oats and sugar.

3Pulse a few times to combine.

4Add butter chunks, pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

5Pour half of mixture into prepared pan, and press firmly to make bottom crust.

6Spread jam over crust.

7Top with fresh raspberries.

8Sprinkle remaining crust crumbles on top.

9Bake 60 minutes, or until top is golden.
