  • 34 cup butter, cold, cut in small pieces (1 1/2 sticks)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 pint fresh raspberry
  • 12 cup low-sugar raspberry jam

    Preheat oven to 375F Spray an 8-inch square pan with nonstick spray.

    In a food processor, combine flour, oats and sugar.

    Pulse a few times to combine.

    Add butter chunks, pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

    Pour half of mixture into prepared pan, and press firmly to make bottom crust.

    Spread jam over crust.

    Top with fresh raspberries.

    Sprinkle remaining crust crumbles on top.

    Bake 60 minutes, or until top is golden.
