  • 12 cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 12 cup cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 12 cup shredded carrot
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 4 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
  • 14 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Line a square pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.

    Mix together oil, sugar, and egg.

    Stir in vanilla, cocoa, cinnamon, and salt.
