- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
Directions

1Combine sugar and oil; blend thoroughly.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

3Mix flour, baking powder, soda and salt together; add to egg mixture.

4Stir in carrots and nuts.

5Spread batter in 2 greased 8 x 4 x 3-inch loaf pans.

6Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
