- 3 eggs
- 1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 tsp. vanilla
- 13 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 2 c. raw shredded carrots

1Mix together the sugar and eggs.
