- 1 head cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 c. shredded carrots
- 1/4 tsp. celery seed
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1 c. herb stuffing mix
- 1/3 c. oleo
Directions

1Toss cabbage, onion and carrots.

2Combine celery seed, soup, sour cream and horseradish.

3Fold soup mixture into vegetables. Spoon mixture into a greased 9-inch square baking dish.

4Combine stuffing and oleo, sprinkle over top.

5Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
