- 1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 cups grated carrots
Directions

1Beat eggs and add oil.

2Add flour slowly with sugar and cinnamon.

3Add carrots and nuts.

4Put into 3 round cake pans, buttered and floured.

5Bake at 300° for 25 minutes to 30 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
