- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Beat oil and sugar; add eggs, one at a time.

2Beat after each addition.

3Sift ingredients and fold into first mixture; blend well.

4Last, fold in carrots and nuts.

5Pour into greased pan and bake 45 minutes at 325°.
