Skillet Venison

- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. venison, thinly sliced
- 1 bottle Kraft Italian salad dressing
- 1 box Spanish style Rice-A-Roni
- 2 c. diced fresh tomatoes
- 1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and chilies
Directions

1Marinate venison in the Kraft Italian salad dressing overnight.

2Remove and brown the meat in a skillet.

3While meat is browning, in a second skillet, prepare Rice-A-Roni according to package directions, but add tomatoes or 2 cups canned, chopped tomatoes, and Ro-Tel.

4When Rice-A-Roni is ready to simmer, add browned venison, cover and cook for 20 to 30 minutes.

5Yield: 4 to 6 servings.

6Serve with crackers and salad.
