  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 c. coarsely grated raw carrots
  • 1 1/2 c. nuts

Directions

    Combine sugar, oil and eggs.

    Beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Sift together dry ingredients and add to oil mixture.

    Beat at low speed for 1 minute.

    Add grated carrots and nuts.

    Spread into pan. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
