- 1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. coarsely grated raw carrots
- 1 1/2 c. nuts
Directions

1Combine sugar, oil and eggs.

2Beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Sift together dry ingredients and add to oil mixture.

3Beat at low speed for 1 minute.

4Add grated carrots and nuts.

5Spread into pan. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
