- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. pecans
Directions

1Sift flour, cinnamon and soda.

2Beat eggs, sugar and oil with mixer.

3Add dry ingredients and beat well. Fold in carrots and pecans. Pour into 3 x 8-inch well-greased and floured pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
