- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. cake flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. shredded carrots

1Mix Wesson

2oil and sugar.

3Sift together cake flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.

4Add dry mixture to sugar and Wesson oil.

5Add eggs, one at a time.

6Add shredded carrots.

7Bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan at 350° for 30 minutes or until done.
