  • 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. cake flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 c. shredded carrots

    Mix Wesson

    oil and sugar.

    Sift together cake flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.

    Add dry mixture to sugar and Wesson oil.

    Add eggs, one at a time.

    Add shredded carrots.

    Bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan at 350° for 30 minutes or until done.
