- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup ham, chopped
- 1/2 cup onions
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- dash paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- pepper to taste
Directions

1In a 12x7 inch casserole line bottom with hash browns. Layer ham, onions, cheddar cheese on top of hash browns. Beat eggs, milk and seasonings and pour over mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
