  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. cooking oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 c. grated carrots

    Sift together dry ingredients.

    Add cooking oil and mix.

    Add eggs, one at a time.

    Add grated carrots.

    Mix well.

    Bake at 350° in tube pan for 1 1/2 hours; for layers bake 30 minutes, for sheet cake bake for 20 minutes.
