  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. chopped dates
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans (optional)
  • 2 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
  • coconut
  • powdered sugar

Directions

    Mix first 6 ingredients together and cook for 5 minutes.

    Stir in Rice Krispies.

    Cool slightly.

    Roll in balls.

    Then roll them in coconut and powdered sugar.
