- 1 1/4 c. oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Combine oil and sugar and mix well. In large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients.

3Add 1/2 of dry ingredients to oil mixture and blend well.

4Add remaining dry ingredients.

5Alternately add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each egg.

6Add carrots and mix well.

7Add pecans.
-
8Pour into 9 x 13 dish (greased and floured) and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
