- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. Crisco oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 to 3 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Cream the sugar and oil.

2Beat in the eggs.

3Add the flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.

4Fold in the pineapple, carrots and nuts. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 40 to 60 minutes.
