  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. grated carrots
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Blend together sugar, eggs and oil; add dry ingredients.
