  • 2 c. flour, sifted
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 c. grated carrots
  • 4 eggs

    Mix together dry ingredients; add oil, carrots and eggs one at a time.

    Pour into floured cake pan and bake for 45 minutes at 300°.
