- 2 c. grated carrots
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/4 c. Crisco oil
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 flat can crushed pineapple (use juice)
Directions

1Mix Crisco oil and sugar.

2Add all other ingredients.

3Bake in the oven at 350°.

4Bake 3 layer pans for 30 minutes.

5Bake a 9 x 13-inch oblong pan for 40 minutes.

6Bake a Bundt pan for 45 minutes.
