  • 2 c. grated carrots
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/4 c. Crisco oil
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 flat can crushed pineapple (use juice)

Directions

    Mix Crisco oil and sugar.

    Add all other ingredients.

    Bake in the oven at 350°.

    Bake 3 layer pans for 30 minutes.

    Bake a 9 x 13-inch oblong pan for 40 minutes.

    Bake a Bundt pan for 45 minutes.
